An opportunity has risen for a Contract Maintenance Manager to coordinate and manage an existing maintenance contract with a significant national client. This position will operate with a great deal of autonomy, interaction with the broader team is essential. The objectives of this position ensure contract conditions are maintained along with pro-actively ensuring safety methods and practices are maintained and extended. Key responsibilities will be to effectively maximise productivity, timely completion of works, management of annual budgets and achievement of prescribed margins. You will also contribute to business development and client satisfaction. To be considered for this position you will need to have significant experience in Transmission Lines and the supervisory/management of personal.
Qualities Required: •Excellence in safety focus. •Experience in job management and appropriate financial understanding. •Experience in works planning and organising. •Management of maintenance budget, from planning through to invoicing. •Management of 30+ field staff. •Technical problem solving abilities. •Excellent communication both verbal and written
